INTRODUCTION

CORTE POR FACHADA

Corte por Fachada is a project based in Querétaro, Mexico, that uses cinema as a tool to reflect on how we inhabit and transform our cities. Through public screenings and participatory activities—such as collective mapping, city walks, and visual exercises—the project opens spaces for dialogue around housing rights, public space, and who gets to decide how our environments are built.

More than a film series, Corte por Fachada is a meeting platform between cinema, architecture, and civic life, turning the film experience into a living practice of participation and collective reflection on the spaces we share.
